This is a bit off what I usually complain about, but I have to vent. In the local paper today.
(Tuesday Sept. 9) I am reading with interest the very good coverage they are giving to the storm damage done at the local schools, when I see this full page advertisement on quack medicine, ( only way I can describe it.) I am so sick of these loose weight in two days and never suffer from joint pain again, that I am about to puke. They should be banned,..(but its quick money for the paper and that’s the name of the game.) Other than in most cases doing nothing at all, they also put some peoples life at risk. They are a bunch of hooey! If you want to loose weight, consult a doctor. If you have joint pain talk to a specialist on that subject. Don’t make some cretin in a back room rich by your stupidity. And no, I don’t care what you imagine helped you, It more than likely was just that! Your imagination…
There… I have that out of my system. (and by the way I AM NOT in the medical field) I just have a small amount of God given intelligence.
